The Property form lets you store info about each apartment complex. Select the record in the Property combo or click New to create a new record. You can use the Find box to filter the Property combo. Find searches for the string in |PropertyName|Street|City|ManagementCompany|Comment|. Enter the filename of a photo of the property and a map to the apartment. Click Features at the bottom of the form to open the PropertyFeature form and check the features offered by the leasing company. Click Units on the Property form to open the unit form. The Unit form lets you store info about each apartment unit available for rent. Select the unit in the Unit combo or click New to create a new record. Enter the filename of the floor plan graphic. Click Features on the Unit form to open the UnitFeature fomr and check the amenities available in that unit. Close
