Each report has custom parameters to make it as flexible as possible. You can select the date range for the Schedule report. You can select individual patients from the Patient form or select patients who have need records updated. You can select patients who haven't visited for a certain time and opt to show or hide comments.

Schedule Report called from Schedule form. This shows the appointments for each visit to the health clinic stored in the database application.

Weekly Schedule Report called from Schedule form. This shows each appointment for visits to a doctor, nurse or other provider to help you manage the medical office or weight loss clinic.

Visit Report called from Visit form. Shows information about the visit, weight loss progress, cosmetic procedures provided and prescriptions stored in the database. You can also make prescriptions more specific by adding the city, Dallas in this case. Close
